At the end of 2024, the Natural History Museum of Meteora and Mushroom Museum will celebrate ten years of operation. Ten years of continuous effort by the administration and its employees in order to always offer high-quality services to visitors. So that its operation and activities always keep pace and promote its objectives while contributing to local development and prosperity. 

The review of activities will take place in the coming months, through a series of events and initiatives, starting on 27 June, when the "Birthday Party" will be held in the Museum's premises and everyone will be invited, and will be completed in 2025. 

On this occasion, the Director of the Museum, Mr. Nikos Pallas, said "For all of us, the 10th anniversary of the Museum is a special moment. Not to celebrate, but to reflect on what we have done, what we could do and how we will move forward in the future. Over the next twelve months, we are planning several things. From events that highlight our goals, to anniversary publications, social offerings and more, which we will keep you informed about. However, this moment is also an opportunity for a big thank you and a simultaneous promise. A big thank you to the Museum's employees, the local community, institutional representatives, friends, and supporters.
