Products of the month: May

Every month of the year, the Museum proposes two mushroom products that match the season and at the same time cover your taste preferences.
For May, we recommend you to add unique flavors and aromas to your food with Powdered Lentinula edodes (Shiitake) mushrooms and Powdered Coprinus comatus mushrooms.
Remember, you can always choose from seventy different mushroom and truffle products that the Museum has created for you.
