Our cooperation with IEK DELTA 360⁰ continues

The collaboration of the museum with IEK DELTA 360⁰ continues! It started about a year and a half ago, but the pandemic created problems, which resulted in the attempt being postponed for a while.
Through this effort, we expect to highlight not only the high nutritional value of our products but also mushrooms in general, creating new ways of cooking and new recipes designed by the School of Gastronomy IEK DELTA 360⁰. A marriage of traditional mushroom cooking, with modern gastronomic requirements. An enrichment of the tradition, with the taste requirements of this era.
These recipes will be presented once a week, every Thursday specifically, through the social media of the museum, accompanied by photos, videos, etc. Our goal, in the end, is to present all this effort, with its completion, through the pages of a book-guide for cooking mushrooms.
The students of the Department of Gastronomy of Ioannina and Patra participate in the preparation of the recipes, while the students of Photography Art of the IEK participate in the video and photographic material production.
We hope the end result will be useful for every professional chef and beyond.
