Four new awards have been won by our Museum's products. They were entered in the Taste Olymp Awards 2023 competition, in which packaged food and beverages of all kinds can participate.

The products are "blind tasted" by a large panel of Chefs' Club judges, without packaging and any kind of distinguishing element. They are scored according to various criteria (appearance, taste, smell, texture, etc.) and prizes are finally awarded based on these scores. 

The Museum participated this year with four products, which received the following awards:

Powdered Lentinula edodes (Shiitake)

Dark chocolate with Ganoderma lucidum and Saffron, no added sugar
PLATINUM
