Once again, the Natural History Museum of Meteora and Mushroom Museum has made a new first!

This time they created bars with mushrooms. This is an innovative product, unique in Greece, but probably in Europe as well, without sugar and preservatives.

There are four different types, where apart from other raw materials (cereal, honey, tahini, etc.), the top wild mushrooms, Boletus (Porcini), Cantarellus cibarius, Amanita caesarea, Craterellus cornucopioides, and Truffle, are involved.

In these bars, nature literally meets gastronomy, producing a fantastic result, with a very high nutritional value.

So, for those who want a healthy, fulfilling yet sophisticated snack, these premium bars, high in fiber and protein, are the perfect choice.

The bars and their main ingredients are:

  1. Bar with Boletus (Porcini), Peanuts, and Tahini
  2. Bar with Amanita caesarea, Cashews, and Hazelnut
  3. Bar with Cantarellus cibarius, Peanuts, and Honey
  4. Bar with Truffle, Craterellus cornucopioides mushroom, and Tahini
