Today's International Museum Day finds museums ready to welcome their visitors with measures and restrictions, but in any case open to offer their services, which the coronavirus deprived for many months.

It is certain that the pandemic has left an indelible mark on the world of museums. Huge financial problems, reduction of actions, reduction of jobs and much more. In fact, many of them around the world could not stand it and closed their gates permanently.

But this unprecedented situation is also, an opportunity. An opportunity for reflection on their new social role, the expansion of their relations with local communities, the more effective and systematic use of new technologies, the search for new approaches for a pleasant and creative museum experience, but also the use of more modern methods to attract visitors.

Our museum participating in the International Museum Day offers today free entrance to the public from 15:00 - 18:00.
