Every month, visitors to our museum choose the exhibit they liked the most.

The one they chose in November was the Coprinus comatus mushroom.
It is one of the medicinal mushrooms, with antidiabetic and antibacterial properties that helps to control cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
It has a high content of dietary fiber, is a source of protein, has a low sodium content and low fat.
At the same time, it stands out for its delicate aroma and hazelnut flavor, which gives it unquestionable gastronomic value.

Other names given to it are: Camel, Calamari, Dog, etc.
